To open an account at 3ktop, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited and such accounts may be closed without prior notice.
- The name, address, and contact details provided at registration must be truthful and up to date.
- The user is solely responsible for keeping their account password secure.
- Account details must not be shared with third parties.
- Transferring or selling an account is prohibited.
1.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
3ktop reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method may be requested before processing a withdrawal or for large transactions. When a verification request is made, providing the correct documents within the specified timeframe is mandatory.
If verification fails or false information is proven, the account may be suspended or permanently closed, and 3ktop reserves the right to withhold deposited funds.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
The following conditions must be met to use 3ktop:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and betting are legally permitted.
- You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own financial decisions.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.2 Limits & Processing Times
The following limits apply equally to each payment method:
- Minimum Deposit: ৳100
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800
- Withdrawal Time: Generally processed within 1 hour after the request is approved
3.3 Rejection & Refund Policy
3ktop reserves the right to reject or suspend deposits or withdrawals in the following circumstances:
- Identity verification is incomplete
- There is suspicion of fraudulent or suspicious transactions
- Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
- A security review is in progress
3ktop will not be held responsible for failed deposits due to incorrect information or funds sent to the wrong account. Users must carefully verify payment details.
4. Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
3ktop offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳17,000
To receive the bonus, activation must be confirmed at the time of the first deposit.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

- If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
- If fraudulent betting patterns are detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
4.3 VIP Program
3ktop's VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback
VIP tiers may fluctuate and 3ktop reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms at any time.
4.4 Bonus Abuse
Misuse of the bonus system will be treated as a serious violation. The following activities are considered bonus abuse:
- Collecting bonuses from multiple accounts
- Attempting to meet wagering requirements risk-free by placing opposing bets
- Meeting bonus requirements through group-based or coordinated means
- Claiming bonuses again under a false identity
5. Gameplay Rules
5.1 Fair Play & Randomness
All games on 3ktop are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of each round is entirely independent and not influenced by previous results. 3ktop guarantees fair play and does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
5.2 Technical Issues

- Chargeback Fraud: Filing unjustified chargebacks against legitimate transactions.
- Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under the same person's name.

- If bonus abuse is proven
- On the order of a court or law enforcement agency
Valid balance (excluding bonuses) is generally returned after the investigation into the reason for suspension is complete. However, balances linked to fraud or money laundering may be forfeited.
